Whew... I'm sitting on my sofa, looking at the lovely yarns next to me thinking, "Where the hell did the summer go?!"
But we'll get to that another day. Today is about GIVING.
In May, I walked at Soldier Field after ending months of fundraising efforts that resulted in donations over $5000!! You all were AMAZING and went above and beyond in your support of our walk for 2012.
I had prize donations set aside and had announced winners for three prizes before dropping off the grid for the past few months.
But you were never forgotten. I smile every time I see the shirt that I wore on walk day, bearing the names of the over 300 amazing crafters who donated to the walk.
And, now, I get to say thank you!
